1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Fashion Stylist ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the AI Fashion Stylist app (the "Service"). We process personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

2. Data we collect

• Account: your mobile number (you sign in with a one-time passcode), and an email address if one is linked to your account.
• Profile: name, gender, age, height, weight and body measurements, complexion, body type, favourite colours, style notes and an optional profile photo.
• Photos and content: outfit photos you submit for report cards, photos of your wardrobe items, AI-generated try-on images, your saved looks and report cards, and messages you send to the AI stylist.
• Location: approximate location (low accuracy), used only to show the weather and dress you for it. You can type a city instead of sharing location.
• Device: a push-notification token for your device.
• Usage and purchases: credit balance and history, which AI features you use, and your subscription and payment records (amount, plan, status, payment reference). Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Reports you file: when you report AI content, the reason, your note and the content you flagged.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the Service: analyse outfits, build looks from your wardrobe, answer styling questions, generate try-on images and personalise them to your profile and the weather.
• To run your account, credits, subscriptions and payments.
• To send you notifications you can turn off in your device settings.
• To keep the Service safe: prevent fraud and abuse, review reported content and fix problems.
• To support you when you contact us.

We do not show ads and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only for that purpose:

• Supabase — hosting, database, file storage and sign-in.
• Google (Gemini API) — your photos, profile details and messages are sent to generate report cards, outfits, chat replies and try-on images.
• Razorpay — payments and subscriptions.
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivering push notifications.
• Weather and location lookups — your approximate coordinates are sent from your device to Open-Meteo for the forecast and to BigDataCloud to name your city; when location is off, your IP address is used by ipapi.co or ipwho.is to estimate your city.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service.

5. Who can see your photos

Your photos are stored privately. They are accessible only to your account and to authorised staff when needed for support, safety or reviewing reported content.

6. Reporting AI content

AI results can be wrong or inappropriate. You can report a chat reply, report card, try-on image or generated outfit from inside the app. Our team reviews reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that break our Terms.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account (see below), it is deactivated immediately but your data is retained — it is not yet erased automatically. You can ask us to permanently erase it at any time (see section 9). We may keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

8. Deleting your account

In the app, go to Account → Delete account. Deleting your account immediately:

• signs you out and blocks signing in again;
• cancels any active subscription, so you are not charged again;
• stops all notifications to your devices.

Unused credits are lost. To also have your data permanently erased, email aifashionstylist2026@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or include your registered mobile number) and we will complete the erasure within 30 days.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to aifashionstylist2026@gmail.com. You can edit most profile details in the app yourself. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child is using the Service without that consent, contact us and we will delete their data.

11. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, photos are stored in private storage, and access to personal data is limited to authorised staff and systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will show the date of the latest version above and tell you in the app about important changes.
