Option 1: In the app

Option 2: By email

If you no longer have the app, email aifashionstylist2026@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include:

• the mobile number you sign in with;
• your name as shown in your profile;
• whether you also want your data permanently erased (see below).

We may ask you to confirm the request from your registered mobile number before acting on it.

What happens when you delete your account

• Your account is deactivated immediately: you are signed out and can’t sign in again.
• Any active subscription is cancelled, so you won’t be charged again.
• Notifications to your devices stop.
• Unused credits are lost and can’t be refunded.

What data is kept

Deleting your account does not yet erase your data automatically. Your profile, photos, wardrobe, try-on images, report cards, chat messages and usage history are retained in private storage after deactivation.

To have this data permanently erased, ask for it in your email (Option 2), or email us after deleting in the app. We complete permanent erasure within 30 days of your request. We may keep payment and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Timeline

• In-app deletion: immediate.
• Email deletion requests: within 7 days.
• Permanent erasure on request: within 30 days.
